Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Mulherin & Dr. Loney manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions.

Dr. Mulherin and Dr. Loney are practicing a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from Dental Implant Surgery and Wisdom Tooth Removal to Corrective Jaw Surgery; This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. Dr. Mulherin and Dr. Loney can also diagnose and treat Facial/Dental Pain, Facial Injuries and Fractures.

Dr. Mulherin and Dr. Loney are continually updating their education with ongoing continuing education far in excess of the requirements of the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners.

Dr. Mulherin &d; Dr. Loney's staff re trained in assisting with Intravenous (IV) Sedation and outpatient General Anesthesia in our state-of-the-art facility setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.
